Joseph Ng

In capacity of Chief Enterprise Risk Manager of the MTR Corporation, Joseph leads the Enterprise Risk Management (“ERM”) Team. He is responsible for facilitating the implementation and ongoing improvement of the ERM framework, monitoring and reporting on the enterprise risk profile to top management and providing professional support from corporate to different business units and support functions in implementing ERM.

Joseph joined the MTR Corporation in 1997, and since then, has worked in different departments and has now over 20 years of experience in risk management, safety management and system assurance for railway operations and operating railway projects. Before joining MTR, Joseph was a transport consultant in Australia specialising in economic and financial evaluations of railway projects for Australian state rail authorities.

Joseph is a chartered civil engineer with tertiary qualifications in business administration, transport management, and applied finance and investment.
