Together with our Educational Partner, AXA XL, we are launching our series of soft skills training for Risk Managers. The focus of the soft skills development workshops are built around PARIMA’s Risk Competency Framework.
Each workshop is limited to 12 attendees.
- PARIMA Members
- The programme is designed for Risk Managers with a minimum of 10 years work experience.
- Identifying 9 steps for influencing without authority
- Exploring social styles and their impact on influencing;
- Preparing an influencing action plan.
This workshop focuses on one of the five categories of PARIMA’s Risk Competency Framework – “Relationship Management”. This session will help Risk Managers in senior positions to improve the skills necessary to nurture the company’s risk culture in all levels of the organisation and effectively communicate risk.
