In addition, David is also Head of Crisis Management & Special Risks for Asia Pacific & Middle East,covering War, Terrorism & Political Violence, Product Recall, Kidnap & Ransom and Contingency.

Cvete leads the Political and Security Risk Analysis team at S-RM, providing clients with bespoke analysis of security threats and political risk. Cvete has a decade of experience in the political risk and security analysis sector, having advised clients across sectors and geographies. She has designed bespoke threat monitoring solutions and methodologies, provided in-depth country and sector assessments and helped clients understand and adapt their operations to the threat context.

Peter Doherty

Director, Head of Crisis Response

Peter leads S-RM’s regionally-based global response team in the management of active crises. Prior to joining S-RM, he was a highly experienced career Detective in the UK Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) at New Scotland Yard, London, with 30 years’ experience within Specialist Operations including counter-terrorism, homicide, serious and organised crime, covert policing and sensitive intelligence. He is an accomplished crisis manager with broad experience within strategic partnerships, taking personal responsibility for tactical delivery including control of threats and management of risk within specific matters of national security.

Rob Harford

Chief Operating Officer

Rob is a Board Director and Chief Operating Officer of S-RM. He joined in 2008 as Operations Director, before going on to head up S-RM’s Crisis Management business unit. He took on the role of COO in 2016.

Before joining S-RM, Rob was a Major in the British Army.
