Sandy Tay

Sandy is the Director, Corporate Finance of National University Health System (NUHS), one of the three public healthcare clusters in Singapore. She oversees the financials of 3 entities – NUHS Corporate Office that provide management support to its members, Regional Health System Office that works in collaboration with community stakeholders and partners (including General Practitioners and Nursing Homes) by anchoring integrated care to the community, and NUHS Fund Limited, a registered charity with IPC status to promote medical research and development and health related services for the benefit of the Singapore Community.

Prior to joining NUHS, Sandy was the Chief Financial Officer of SportsHub Pte Ltd, a Public-Private-Partnership (PPP) project with the Sports Singapore to design, build, finance and operate the start-of-the-art, fully integrated sports, entertainment & lifestyle hub. She was one of the pioneer in the construction development, implemented financial strategies and framework to ensure accountability and sustainability of the project. She is also responsible for the overall PPP risk management and project financing with panel of bankers.

Sandy has more than 20 years of wide spectrum of experiences in both finance and operations in hospitality & services and manufacturing overseeing HR, F&B, Facilities management, Commercial leases, ICT, Marketing and Customer services in organisations such as Eltek Energy, Carlton Properties, Dupont Electronics, Unisys and Singapore Recreation Club. She has held key positions and business partnering with senior management in MNC corporations with exposure to Asia region managing subsidiaries, start up operations as well as implementation of transformation initiatives.
