The COVID-19 pandemic has brought up a new way of working and living. How does the ‘new normal’ affect the way risk managers are approaching Employee Care?
Join us as we tackle how organisations can respond better to their employees’ needs amidst the pandemic environment.
APAC has proved itself pandemic-ready and corporations have responded well by bringing mental wellbeing at the forefront. Though there are tools and alternatives available to risk managers, the maturity of their risk culture and the organisation’s ability to break silos internally remain as key component for the success of their EB programme.
As lockdowns extended around the world, the boundaries between personal and professional space shrank, with companies and employees collectively participating to the largest social experiment yet – working from home. What defines a workplace? Where does the duty of care of companies towards their employees start and end? Employee Benefits is no longer just part of a talent retention strategy, there is an expectation that companies go further than ever before in taking care of their employees. Hear from the panel which includes the CEOs of the 3 leading Employee Benefits insurers AIA, Generali Employee Benefits and MAXIS GBN, along with the risk managers of International SOS and Qisda Corporation.
